Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our detailed returns and refund policy.
(1) Return Window
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
(2) Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used food and drink items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Subscription products once delivered
(3) Initiating a Return
Email hello@pgfy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.
(4) Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
(5) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
(6) Refunds
Once returned items are inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
(7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
