- UK Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
- International Delivery: 5-10 business days (subject to customs)

(3) Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and service. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £35. Please make sure to select the option once your order is over that amount!

(4) Fulfillment Process

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. When your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be emailed to you.

(5) Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or incorrect address, we will contact youto arrange redelivery at your expense.

(6) Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at hello@pgfy.com and we will investigate with the courier.

(7) International Orders

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.
